For quickest setup:
Indicate your schedule needs at the Note box.

Double check your contact information input.

If scheduling joint with one other family member, please include their first name in the note area. 

Recording:
I do not supply a recording (an added expense).

I do supply note paper for you, which is both cost and glitch free!

You may record with your own device should you feel the need.

Pre-Payment is preferred to reserve time.
When mailing a check or money order, I will send you the mailing address via email, text or voice.  Please send fee in time for me to receive one week prior to our scheduled session date at the latest.

Why do I prefer advance fee payment?
Because I'd rather focus on our session, not on your method of payment.

Because some people do not show up for their scheduled time, without notice, unless they have prepaid!

This is not fair to others that I've turned away, assuming that I was full that day.

I'll hold your payment
until after our session. If you need to cancel with notice, we can reschedule, or I'll return your check per policy.

After you submit your form, check your voice or junk mail if you don't see my email or text reply within a few hours, or the following morning.

One More Thing:
When you plan to attend the morning Healing Temple service during the Lily Dale program season, times are: weekday 10:30-11:30, Saturday 10-11:30 and Sunday noon-1. You do not need to stay the full service. 

PLEASE DON'T SEND PAYMENT until your session is arranged!
