Policy

General: It is preferable to schedule one client at a time. If you'd like a joint session (one other person) with a spouse, partner, sibling or your child, know that a joint session may result in one person being the dominant receiver of information and that time may be spent sorting through which information belongs to you.

No session will be scheduled for anyone under 18 years of age unless as a joint session, together with a parent.

No recording is supplied: Referring to notes that you may take during a session is very effective in sparking memory of information discussed. You may record with your own device.

Cancellation/Change: Please advise as soon as you know that a schedule change is needed. Cancellation made before 24 hours of your scheduled session will allow for reimbursement of pre-paid session, minus charge transaction fee.

When cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, pre-payment will be forfeited unless a session time is re-scheduled for the soonest workable availability.

Confidentiality: You can trust that information discussed during and regarding your session will remain confidential. I have no interest in sharing anyone's personal information with others.
Confidentiality Exception: If a client reveals concern of causing serious harm to their self or another, appropriate counsel may be consulted.
